Figured this was the quickest way to reach ya. I know you like to play blackjack and you use a system. Is there a book that you would recommend for that? Would like to get the old man something like that since he goes downtown about every other day.

That HI OPT strategy is very difficult for a beginner. I would recomend PLAYING BLACKJACK AS A BUSINESS, written by Lawrence Revere and published by Lyle Stuart Inc as a better choice for a beginner. It is well written and starts out with an easy BJ system and advances to the more complicated ones.
